Two wake-ups until I leave.

Filled up at Sam's Club.  $76.29. Premium 93 Octane.    I predict I will look back on that price with fondness as I travel West and North.  

Traded out my Michigan Axe for a 14" Camping Hatchet by Estwing.

Feeling confident and prepared.

I left my sisters house in Burlison a little before 4 AM. Headed towards Palo Duro Canyon State Park in the northern panhandle of Texas

    Caught no fish but the Finn and I got the shack water running with no dilemmas. Chased off some geese with bottle rockets just because the gun was in the car. FA bb gun will get some action on the filthy mowers.
    Your main purpose is to arrive alive and personal enjoyment Buddy. Situational awareness is your friend. Emphasis is having fun and thats an order.
